3 Year Limited Warranty Lumidesign Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that it will repair, exchange or make appropriate adjustments to its backlit mirror product(s) shown to have defects in materials or workmanship which are reported in writing within 3 years from the date of delivery. Lumidesign Inc. is not responsible for installation costs. Lumidesign Inc. will replace any products damaged in transit if notified within 7 days of receipt and if shipment was through one of Lumidesign Inc. carriers. Notification of damaged goods must include a copy of the proof of delivery and description of damaged goods as well as pictures. If the product arrived has visible damage, the extent of the damage must be clearly detailed on proof of delivery receipt. The warranty is void in the event the product is damaged during transit (Not Lumidesign Inc. Carriers), failure caused by abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, faulty installation, failure to follow instructions, damage by accident, improper maintenance, or self repair. At the end of the 3 year expiration of the warranty, Lumidesign Inc. is no longer obligated under any warranty, either expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability.
